Welcome to Avery House, a new luxury craftsman home designed for unforgettable gatherings in Oregon Wine Country. Whether you're visiting for a family getaway or a retreat with friends, this beautifully designed home combines charm, comfort, and sophistication in the heart of the Willamette Valley.  
  
Step inside and feel instantly at ease. Vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan create a warm, inviting atmosphere that flows naturally from the gourmet kitchen to the spacious dining and living areas. The kitchen is fully stocked for home-cooked meals or can be transformed into your own private restaurant with one of our in-home chefs. Gather around the farmhouse dining table for dinner, then relax by the gas fireplace or enjoy a glass of wine on the deck surrounded by peaceful forest views.  
  
Upstairs, the luxurious primary suite features a king bed, a fireside sitting area, a private wet bar with a wine cooler and coffee station, and a spa-inspired ensuite bathroom with a deep soaking tub and large shower. Three additional queen bedrooms, a full guest bath, and a laundry room ensure plenty of space and comfort for everyone.  
  
Downstairs, the “fun zone” awaits. This cozy lounge and game area includes a foosball table, record player, large TV, and fireplace, with doors that open to an outdoor patio featuring bar seating, a fire pit, Adirondack chairs, and cornhole. A king bedroom and full bath on this level complete the home's accommodations for up to twelve guests.  
  
Located less than a mile from downtown Newberg, Avery House offers easy access to top restaurants like Rosmarino and The Newbergundian, as well as local tasting rooms such as Domaine Lumineux, Bravuro, and Stoller Wine Bar. A short scenic drive will take you to hundreds of wineries across the Willamette Valley, or enjoy nearby outdoor adventures at Champoeg State Park.  
  
Enhance your stay with our private wine tour service, Pinot Car Wine Tours, and experience the best of Oregon Wine Country with local guides who will help you make lasting memories.  
  
Avery House is both dog-friendly and family-friendly, with baby gates, high chairs, and pack n plays available. Additional amenities like yoga mats, kitchen appliances, and outdoor games can be rented upon request.

• We welcome up to two (2) dogs, with a non-refundable fee of $100 per dog.  
• VRBO will collect the guest service fee first, and the remaining reservation payment will be processed separately by our property management team.

The Avery House was a great vacation home for our group! We were in Newberg for a birthday trip, and the house was even better than the online description! It was the most well-equipped home we have ever been to, with every pot, pan and anything else you could imagine that you might need during your stay! The location was excellent for our group, with a short walk/drive to the grocery stores and a very easy drive to downtown Newburg. 12/10 overall rating for The Avery House!
