\- Self flexible check-in via a keypad.  
\- Professionally cleaned and sanitized.  
\- This unit has 1x queen-size bed and 1x double sofa bed  
\- Washer/Dryer inside the unit. - NOT AVAILABLE UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE  
  
\- Free garage parking attached to the building for one car only.  
\- 5 mins from Newark Airport.  
\- 16 mins walk to Elizabeth Station.  
\- 25 mins train ride from Elizabeth station to Manhattan Penn station.  
\- This unit is subject to noise due to construction near the building.  
\- Parties and Smoking of any kind will result in immediate termination. Fines will apply. NO EXCEPTIONS.  
\- Early check-in, late checkout, and room service is available for a fee.  
\- This reservation may be subject to a security deposit, not more than $350\. This is a requirement from the building.  
\- Any additional fees such as late checkout, early checkin, security deposit can be via our portal or via Airbnb.  
\- The building also requires us to obtain a copy of your ID until checkout. It can be submitted via our portal or via Airbnb.

1\. Identification Requirement:  
 \- As part of our self-check-in process, we require a copy of your government-issued ID and a selfie of you holding the ID. The person making the reservation must be the same individual who will check in and upload the ID information. These documents must be submitted through our designated form prior to check-in.  
  
2\. Security Deposit:  
 \- This reservation may be subject to a security deposit, which can be paid through our secure portal or via Airbnb. The deposit is fully refundable within three days after checkout, provided no violations of our house rules occur.  
  
3\. No Smoking or Parties:  
 \- Smoking or hosting parties on the property is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in the immediate termination of your reservation.  
  
4\. Security Deposit Policy:  
 \- Security deposits can be submitted through Airbnb or directly via our secure portal. If your reservation is subject to a security deposit and you refuse to pay, your check-in will be denied.  
  
5\. Criminal Record Policy:  
 \- Reservations will be canceled if it is discovered that the guest has a criminal record.  
  
6\. Quiet Hours:  
 \- You must adhere to quiet hours. No loud music or disturbing noise is allowed, especially in the evening. Please be mindful of noise, as you will have neighbors.  
  
7\. Pet Policy:  
 \- Pets are not allowed. Bringing a pet will result in the termination of your reservation. If you are traveling with a service animal, you must declare it and the breed prior to check-in. Service animals must be accompanied at all times and cannot be left alone under any circumstances.
