Hotel Correct
Hotel bien situé par rapport a l'aéroport et il y a des navettes gratuites qui vous y amene ca c'est top. Mais niveau transport en commun il n'y en a aucun autour de l'hôtel donc obligé de prendre un lyft pour se rendre a la gare, on ne peut pas sortir se balader a pied car autour il y a que des routes. La décoration de l'hôtel est a remettre au gout du jour mais l'hotel en lui meme est beau et propre. Les chambres sont correctes , les lits sont très bien parcontre la salle de bain pensez a mettre un pommeau de douche. Le menage n'a pas été fait durant ma semaine la bas les serviettes et les draps ont été changé mais c'est tout. Aucun nettoyage il y a avait de la poussière partout des cheveux parterre aucun n'aspirateur n'a été passer je trouve ça inadmissible. La piscine je n'y pas ete car elle est juste a coté de l'accueil il n'y a aucune intimité tout le monde vous voit. Le petit déjeuner coute 28$ il est bon mais sans plus et manque de charcuterie.

Nous étions 4 voyageurs. Nous avions réservé. Quand nous sommes arrivés, il n’y avait qu’un seul lit dans la chambre. La dame au comptoir prétendait que c’était la seule chambre libre de l’hôtel. Je lui ai donc demandé un remboursement. La gérante est arrivée et a trouvé une autre chambre dans la minute. Nous restions 2 jours. Le ménage n’est pas fait quotidiennement. Le stationnement est en sus également. À 500$ pour 2 nuits, je m’attendais à plus de service. Pour déjeuner, il faut compter 19$ le plat et 5$ le café par personne. Pas donné!

The pictures do not represent the true current state of the property. The pool area was extremely dirty, with dirty towels just thrown about the pool area floor. My unit had no refrigerator. I had no body wash and the hotel staff did not replace it when I asked. Trash was overflowing in the hallway, our ice machine was not working, and we woke up Sunday morning to no coffee because the Starbucks did not have coffee filters. My unit bathroom door was off the hinges and did not close properly. Hotel staff was not friendly or helpful at all. I would never stay here again.

The proximity to the airport is excellent. The staff was wonderful. I highly recommend the bar/restaurant for the food and staff. The free shuttle had a very nice operator. The room was clean just a bit dated and musty. Otherwise it was a good experience.

Washroom toliet didn't flush, took 2 days to get a new room, manager came up at 2am to plung the toliet, next day it wasnt working again so he came up again at night and just handed us the plunger and left. bed sheets had stains on them (red stains) we just decided at that point to accept the mess and live in it. the people working were nice but overall it wasnt the best experience. renovations are happening so the main area is pretty but rooms are outdated and windows have a sun burnt tint.

I could not wait to leave! The Hotel is located in an industrial area of the airport. The building and the amenities were threadbare. My room smelled of tobacco and the rug had burned spots. The telephone did not work; the electrical outlets were few and worn out. The ride to the airport was a wild high speed affair; the driver was abusive and rude to the passengers. What an unforgettable experience.

I will be contacting corporate. Room 127 smelled like cigarette smoke so I move to another room. The other room had a damaged light, toilet backed up had to get room service to check out problem before using which made it uncomfortable. I had to wait a long time for a remote. Wiring was damaged and exposed which makes a safety concern. I have pictures to show corporate and want a full refund
