This elegant 2-Bedroom features a modern setting with lots of space, high ceilings and natural sunlight! The home is fully equipped with everything you'll need for a comfortable and supreme stay! From stainless steel appliances, modern renovated bathrooms, comfy beds, and all the essentials to make your stay in New York incredible!
The space is perfect for families, groups or business travelers as it can accommodate up to six (6) guests. There is more than enough closet space and the kitchen is stocked with all of the top of the line appliances!
Commitment to Cleanliness: We have implemented enhanced cleaning practices to meet the health and cleanliness standard of the Airbnb and NYC Health. All cleaning protocols are monitored as an expression of care and commitment to our guests.

The space is a two-bedroom with three (3) beds and sleeps a total of 6 guests.

The space features a modern renovated bathroom with complimentary essentials (shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, and toilet paper) and a hair dryer.

The home is professionally cleaned before every stay with clean linens and towels. Fresh new sheets, linens, and towels will be provided for your stay. We will prepare based on the number of your guests.

• KITCHEN •
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances - stove, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. Additional kitchen amenities include toaster, knife set, drip coffee maker, utensils and cookware. We also provide complimentary coffee and tea to enjoy that morning breeze.
• DINING •
Featuring an open floor plan, the flat offers a dining table with seating for 4 people that opens to the living area and the kitchen.
• PARKING •
There is limited free street and metered parking available on a first-come, first-serve basis. We highly recommend to not bring a car - there is Uber, taxis, trains and buses for you to get around the city. If you will bring a car, you may check Parkopedia for some nearby parking options.
• OTHER AMENITIES •
The space comes with two 65 inch flat screen Smart TV's for your streaming apps, High-Speed WiFi, basic cable TV, in-unit washer and dryer.
• ADDITIONAL NOTES •
• Casa del Sogno New York (Formerly known as The Maison Bella) is under new management.
• We have Smart TV with streaming apps only. Please use your own log-ins for Netflix, Hulu, etc.
• Pack n Play is subject to availability and is available upon request only.
• SECURITY & SAFETY FEATURES •
Our property is equipped with external security cameras to ensure guest safety. Rest assured, no cameras are present inside the apartment. Please also note that we have noise monitoring devices that do not record audio. Additionally, smoke alarms and fire extinguishers are provided for your safety.
• FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS •
1. Can I check-in early?
• We'll have to confirm a time the night before or the morning of your arrival, pending the cleaning schedule and the status of the house. It is best to scheduled for 4PM check-in in case we're unable to. Of course, we'll do our best to make it happen, though!
2. Do you have a luggage storage?
• We do have a luggage storage where you can leave your bags while waiting for check-in. Please reach out to our team prior to arrival if you intend to use the luggage storage prior to arrival so we can provide you with instructions.
3. Do you offer daily clean?
• We don't offer daily housekeeper however, if you need it, we can certainly make arrangements for an additional cost.
4. Do you replace towels and sheets?
• We don't usually replace towels and sheets. We'd be glad to schedule a light clean with towels and sheets replacement for an extra fee.
5. Do you replenish supplies?
• Our apartments are self-catering. We are happy to provide you with the initial supplies to get you started. Once that runs out, you'll need to purchase more on your own.
HOUSE RULES
• PETS: We are a pet-friendly property! There is a non-refundable pet fee of $100 per pet with a pet weight limit of 50 lbs per pet and up to 2 pets only. The unauthorized bringing of pets will have a penalty of $300 which will go towards the deep cleaning of the property.
• CHECK-IN: Check-in time is after 4PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Please reach out to our team to know the availability and rates of early check-in.
• CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is before 11 AM. Late check-out requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Please reach out to our team to know the availability and rates of early check-in. Any unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge of equivalent to one night's stay.
• SMOKING: We do not allow smoking inside the property or in outdoor spaces including the balcony and rooftop. There is a smoking fine of $500.
• NOISE: Please observe quiet hours after 9PM. Please be mindful of the neighbors as this property is situated in a quiet neighborhood. If the police are summoned due to noise complaints, this warrants a possible eviction with no refund.
• DAMAGES & LOSS: We would truly appreciate it if you could treat our home like yours. You will be responsible for any damages or loss to the property which will be deducted from your security deposit. Please advise us of any damage or loss immediately upon discovery.
• UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: Please make sure to book the property for the correct number of guests. Parties, events, or any kind of gathering are prohibited. Given the COVID-19 situation, no other guests outside the reservation are allowed on the property.
• PHOTOSHOOT/MUSIC VIDEOS: This property is for residential use only and not for commercial purposes. In the occurence of such instance, this warrants a possible eviction with no refund.
• MAILS & PACKAGES: You are free to send mails and packages to the building however, we will not take responsibility for mails, packages and deliveries. We highly recommend that you send it to the nearest pick up location.
