The condo was immaculate upon arrival. Care was certainly given to provide a comfortable space to reside for our 6 nights. Appliances were very clean and operable. We had to ask for the door codes the day of check in even though we were supposed to receive them after 11 AM. We also felt safe in the area with no difficulty getting to subway options. While the property was clean, the carpet had stains and a slipcover was on the couch. White is probably not a good idea for a rental. The building is a little shabby and doesn’t smell great. Check in process was awkward (required reaching out on my part to get access instructions). Thankfully the building manager was kind enough to let us in. And limited linens- only one hand towel and one wash cloth per bathroom. We asked for more and it was provided. ##### Karen F. We stayed in a 2 bedroom which spacious, very clean and very comfortable. The rooms are a little spartan, no rugs, but that makes sense as its a pet friendly apartment. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable and windows have blackout shades. Smart tvs and Wifi very good. The location cannot be beaten. Tons of restaurants around of all ethnicities. A lovely little diner on the corner and several markets. If you are in town for a medical reason the hospitals are all within a 5-6 block walk. I am staying again in a few weeks. ##### Sharon L.
