Personnel à la réception très accueillant et arrangeant ! Chambre par contre très petite... impossible de poser nos 2 bagages au sol ni d’envisager le moindre rangement. Mais pour une nuit, ça passe. Taches anciennes sur dessus-de-lit... Petit déjeuner très simple mais suffisant.

J'y retournerai...
J'ai séjourné à cette hôtel dans le but de me rendre à New-York par le Ferry. L'hôtel est propre, le personnel accueillant et les lits confortables. À proximité du ferry, une navette nous y amène.

Bon endroit qualité/prix. Chambres un peu petites mais très propres. Personnels courtois. Climatisation très bruyantes surtout compte tenu de la grandeur des chambres, nous sommes collés dessus. A 20 min en voiture du traversier mais ça se fait très bien. J'y retournerais certainement.

I actually was able to stay in an upgraded partner hotel next door, due to the Inn being used to help refugees at my time of arrival. The room, the service, and the check-in process were all amazing. The breakfast was amazing as well. The staff was remarkable. The front desk staff, whether they worked the day or night shift, was very helpful. I went into the city and came back to find my AC leaking and had some issues with the toilet, due to the weather being so cold outside. No matter what time of day or night, the maintenance people came quickly and worked efficiently to solve the problem. This made our trip wonderful. Just to know that we had a comfortable environment to come back to and rest after a long day of enjoying the city, felt great. I would definitely stay here again.

Upon getting to the hotel, the evening before I was running the NYC marathon- I came to find out the hotel is now a homeless shelter. Not only was that shocking to me- given the marathon almost all hotels were already booked. It was extremely frustrating. This hotel needs to be taken down so others can no longer book.

I showed up for my reservation on Oct 15 and was not able to get into the property after finally getting through to the hotel from my car, I was told that all reservations have been cancelled because the hotel replaced there bookings with asylum seekers that were brought to New York City I was asked who reservation was made through and after saying Expedia I was told that Expedia sent out emails I’ve looked through every email and never received anything!! As a matter of fact I’ve received this email asking how I enjoy my stay and also emails from the hotel asking the same I made this booking in August because I was attending a wedding and coming from 2 1/2 hrs away so basically we were left stranded with nowhere to prepare for the wedding and nowhere to spend the night Thanks very good job of ruining the event!!

Very small room. Mini fridge looked beat up. Microwave not available and no coffee maker in room. Why put coffee making items in the room without a coffee maker. Maid that was supposed to clean our room finished her shift luckily another maid cleaned our after we paid her.

Nothing ever works at the hotel the TV was broken the heated and worked correctly there was someone else's hair in my bed which implies that they never changed my sheet the bathtub was dirty I had to go out and buy some Clorox spray and clean the tub before I was able to take a shower the floor had some liquid spilled on it that had dried up

Was ok. Nothing special.
Overall the hotel was fine. Nothing to brag about. Seems a little run down and on the verge of being out of business by the looks of it. Said free breakfast included, but it was not. Room and bathroom was ok. Def not worth nearly $200/night. Overall it was satisfactory. Probably wouldn't stay here again for the price...would probably go next door for $10 more.
