Room was on the small side and didn't get any natural light. Some minor problems with minor pests (the kinds of small bugs it's pretty much inevitable that you see from time to time in any old building), and also the soundproofing between rooms is pretty minimal. It was a comfortable size to sleep the 3 of us (3 adults). Room was clean had a oddly calm feel to it. My only complaint is that there's no parking service so you have to either look for a nearby parking garage (which there is a block away) or get lucky with street parking. The location is great. Close to PLENTY of food options. Out of the way of major foot traffic so you're not fighting people to get to the front door. So I spent the entire day sitting in Starbucks until my audition. The manager of the apartment was very nasty on the phone didn't want to hear anything I was saying. And they still charged me $115.00 even though I didn't stay at the apartment. BUT after read through the detail, there is tiny $60 add on price for cleaning. No return money for cancellation. The price shows $138 but I have to pay around $200 for a night. With $200, I think I should have more option for the hotel better than this one. Please be Sincere to the customer by adding the hidden price in the total price that you put on advertisement. Quanto tão logo da recepção. A que diga nada receptiva, quando fomos atendidos, digo na recepção, por um senhor que enxergava um boné se security o qual com acidez nos disse não saber de nossa reserva e não ter como consultar pra esteva sem sistema, sendo assim que nossa voltassemos três horas depois.... Ora! E qual seria nossa responsabilidade da ausência de sistema, e como consequência, porquê sermos penalizados a ficar a deriva numa cidade estranha... Sendo assim, imaginem meu humor e satisfação com a agência HOTÉIS. COM e seu consorte na venda de hospedagens. 2\. Das instalações. No mínimo de higiene duvidosa. Um mau odor pelos corredores num misto de cigarros, cachorro molhado e mofo, potencializado em um ambiente fechado, não ventilado e húmido. 3\. Por derradeiro, e querendo ser breve para não me alongar, a apresentação das instalações se deu de forma totalmente informal, algo tipo aluguel de puxadinho na Lage, diante do despreparo e das atendentes ratificado por suas incertezas sobre questões básicas levantadas, tal como, do procedimento de check out. Desta sorte, ou melhor, AZAR... Não é digo NÃO recomendo estas empresas para acomodar você é sua família em qualquer que seja a circunstância.
