### Sunsetpark Clocktower Loft next to Industry City 

This exceptional Brooklyn loft is a true gem, located just a stone's throw away from Industry City. The space is engulfed in natural light pouring in through two expansive overhead skylights and eleven windows that encircle the entire area. Encompassing over 1000 square feet, the space exudes versatility, featuring a fully equipped chef's kitchen, a tastefully renovated modern bathroom, and a luxurious king-size bedroom suite. Currently, it serves as a haven for artists in residence, musicians, and a hub for creative workshops. Additionally, direct access is provided via a freight elevator into the space.  
  
Our building is a dynamic community, housing a plethora of artistic talents including musicians, architects, fashion designers, and woodworkers. Recently, a comprehensive renovation has been undertaken, adorning the space with a brand-new kitchen, bathroom, and master bedroom. It's worth noting that due to the expansive dimensions of the space, sound tends to reverberate, making it less ideal for those seeking absolute silence during their workday. Not just an ordinary apartment, this loft is designed to cater to connoisseurs of open space and the vibrancy of our entire creative community.  
  
The kitchen is a chef's dream, equipped with every essential for entertaining, baking, and roasting. It comes fully stocked with a charming array of plates, cups, utensils, and all necessary appliances for a brief stay, including top-of-the-line Kitchen Aid appliances, a convenient washer/dryer combo, and a fridge featuring an ice maker.  
  
The bathroom in the space is a luxurious retreat, featuring a smart toilet with warming seats, a bidet, and a lavish rainfall shower with invigorating body jets.  
  
The living area welcomes you with a solid oak table featuring integrated USB/regular outlets, while a sumptuous leather Mario Bellini couch beckons you toward an oversized sun-drenched window. An overhanging Smart TV, offering a full 360 rotation, complements a magnificent clock window, serving as the centerpiece of the entire living room, capturing the allure and character of the building.  
  
Ascending the stairs leads to the master bedroom, adorned with a regal king-size bed. A thoughtfully set up motorized tilt mount, complete with a smart TV, offers flexible viewing from any position, whether you're lounging in bed or working at the desk with a panoramic view of the entire loft space.
