Perfect for two, three, or four; 2+ blocks to major subway line; 1/2 block to local and express bus. Gentrifying ethnic Spanish Harlem neighborhood in Manhattan. With 1500 square feet of living space, this beautiful apartment combines contemporary convenience and old world charm. The street level entrance opens to a cozy living room and dining area leading to a spacious kitchen with computer desk, laundry, full bath, and the garden. Upstairs high ceilings, original wood moldings, floor, shutters and a decorative marble fireplace accent two roomy and very private bedrooms each with their own full bathrooms with shower. The front bedroom overlooking the street has a dresser, queen bed, a microwave, small refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, and a private entrance. The second bedroom overlooks the garden and has a walk-in closet, its own bathroom, and king bed. Between the rooms is a hallway with a cozy computer nook. There is no smoking anywhere in this building. We only rent this apartment once a year when we are gone for the winter. Personal and professional references are required to book. We love that we are 10 blocks from Central Park to the west and three blocks from the traffic-free East River Esplanade for walking and biking. Citi bikes ( both e-bikes and pedal) are available close by for use on the many convenient bike lanes. AVAILABLE FROM DECEMBER 24, 2025 TO MAY 15, 2026.
