We booked last minute due to our flight being delayed. The hotel staff, including the shuttle drivers, front desk staff and security at the entrance were very professional, kind and welcoming. The room was extremely clean and modern, yet homey. The bed was very comfortable. We stumbled upon it by chance and will probably go back, when we visit NYC in the future!

The amenities at this hotel make the property. They have a lap pool, a hot tub that works wonderful and they have a sauna and steam room. The rooms itself are tiny where there’s only a curtain that separates the bathroom from the bedroom. The reason why I only gave the property three stars is because the parking garage is located about two blocks away however in traffic it’s absolutely horrible to get around the area. The only way to use a luggage cart is to go into the front of the hotel and the check-in is on the 12th floor so if you go right to parking to avoid traffic, you’re gonna have to carry all your stuff up from the parking garage without assistance. It made the experience very stressful. If you don’t have a car I would recommend staying at this property.

Been staying at this property a couple of times and it never let us down. The staff are very friendly and professional. Got a room with someone smoking in there before and left an unpleasant smell, the hotel switched the room for us immediately. Very nice experience.
