### Penthouse waterfront apartment in Williamsburg

Subletting a one-bedroom apartment on the Williamsburg waterfront, with beautiful views over the city. The apartment is in fantastic condition, with excellent kitchen, bathroom and laundry facilities. You cant see it in the photos but the apartment has a projector linked up to TV and streaming services. The apartment also comes with in-building access to a shared terrace, working space, gym and yoga studio, sauna and steam room.   
  
The apartment is brilliantly connected. The South Williamsburg ferry is located at the bottom of the building and goes directly to East 34th St ferry stop, just 10 minutes away from the UN. The apartment is also 10 minutes walk from the J train and 15 minutes from the L train. Williamsburg is a fantastic area full of good restaurants, bars, shopping and waterfront parks.  
  
The apartment is available from the 13th December - 30th December
