It was clean and comfortable. It looks exactly like the photos. We loved having two bedrooms and two bathrooms, especially with two teenagers. The back bedroom is very comfy. It is a very safe neighborhood and quiet street. We also found it very convenient with shops nearby (small convenience store, Target, etc). It was also great to be located on the ground floor and not have to deal with any elevators. It’s is only two blocks to the L line which allows easy transfers to other subway lines. This made it super easy to get to all the main attractions - Empire State Building, Statue of Liberty, Times Square, Macys, Bryant Park, Chelsea Market, etc. Having a washer and dryer was also a must - particularly with the winter rain and snow during our trip. We did not use the kitchen as we mostly ate out. We had a fabulous trip and would definitely stay at this apartment again when we visit New York City. ##### Holli B. The layout was such that we had enough bathroom privacy, enough room for our belongings and luggage, and the kitchen was very well equipped. The location is great, especially if you like being near restaurants.We struggled to get in at first because a key piece of the entry info wasn't included which was initially stressful, but they were very responsive. The unit is spacious and perfect for what we needed. One of the AC units was dripping so badly that we could not use it, but because it was not as hot as it can be during the summer, we did not continue messaging management once we let them know that we had to turn it off. The small kinks could be easily resolved, and overall, this apartment is a great price for the space.
