No manager on duty in middle of day on a Thursday - no business card for manager, I couldn't even get Tanisha's last name as the two employees did not know her last name or contact information although one of them were texting her without getting a response. Needless to say I left the hotel and will be disputing the charges as it was paid in advance and front desk was not authorized to make refunds... Friendly and attentive front desk and bag check staff. The room was small but usable for the 4 of us (2 double beds). There was a small heater that kept the room warm and plenty of hot water. I was worried based on other reviews I read, but the hotel was to our satisfaction. As others have mentioned the hallways are cold and the room could have updated both of which we also found to be true. The elevator was fast and we never had trouble getting to the 3rd floor. We did struggle with the sliding bathroom door which could be an issue for others needing privacy.
