Hôtel très bien situé, en plein cœur de Manhattan. La chambre était correcte mais pas toujours très propre malgré le service journalier. Le personnel n’était pas très souriant mais surtout le petit déjeuner était médiocre. La salle à manger est sans fenêtre, éclairée avec des néons, uniquement des viennoiseries pas toujours fraîches, du café et de l’eau.

Partiellement déçu
Nous avions avisé que nous etio s pour arriver tard, cela n'a pas été un problème. Par contre le stationnement, qui était indiquée à 38USD, était finalement 58USD . De plus il etaot fermé. Donc on a du ce stationner a 4 ries plus loin. La terrasse sur le toit était fermée pour rénovation sans aucune indication sur le site web ou au lobby. Par contre, la chambre, quoique petite, était propre et le lit confortable. C'était également bien insonorisé.

Les photos sont trompeuses car l’hôtel est très mal entretenu. De nombreuses commodités attendues étaient manquantes : rooftop, restaurant, bar, minibar dans ma chambre. Un personnel peu aimable qui renvoie la faute sur la plateforme de réservation et qui n’offre aucune solution. Je vous le déconseille fortement.

Great location & lovely staff
The location of the hotel was really perfect, walking distance to everywhere and close to the metro. The hotel itself was clean, the staff really friendly and the facilities great although we did not have time to use the gym. We had a problem with the air con one night so we moved the next day to a neighbouring room. We wil return here when we come back to NY!

Bien sur la localisation de cet hôtel c'est prêt de tout.Nous n'avions pas de véhicule pour se déplacer et en plus nous étions par train ..Penn station a 6 minutes de marche de l’hôtel. .Le personnel est aussi un plus et très a l'écoute .Sans aucune hésitation ce fut un baptême de NYC que je ne pouvais pas trouver mieux .Ce que j'ai moins apprécier et cela se comprend c'est le bruit de l'immeuble en construction en face de l’hôtel. Mais ceci est hors contrôle de cet établissement Merci !

The climate control of the room did not work correctly so it was very cold inside the room for a few days until it got fixed. The overall place is good for walking everywhere. Friendly staff was a bonus too! Highly recommended it

Interaction with the staff members (which were minimal) were great, but the place is pretty rundown. The fan in my bedroom rattled loudly, the gym center was cramped, and everything looked patched up in very shoddy ways. The outdoor seating was a nice thought, but it was filthy. I don't expect much from continental breakfasts, but this one was pretty sad. For $300/night, I would expect a bit more. The place needs a facelift asap.

This hotel is average, at best. The lobby is pretty, but the rooms are bleh. Every detail has been missed. Outlets are crooked, the stopper on our sink was missing, the shower and sink don’t drain fast enough, the vent in the bathroom was REALLY dirty & needs to be cleaned, there are paint drops on the floor, would not recommend staying here if you have OCD. The details will drive you nuts. The bed was fine.

Stay in NYC often for 1-2 might trips. This was a decent spot. Staff was very nice and room was bigger than most NYC places i've stayed. But the "breakfast included" was a joke, don't count on it as a bonus to your stay. Best thing is that is was great for the subway and we were able to get down to the WTC and up to museums with no trouble at all. Would stay again for the king bed and room size.

Very nice hotel in Chelsea area. We were able to hop the train in whatever direction easily. It’s a nice walk to Central Park with many landmarks on the way if you wish. Breakfast was nice, especially the muffins. Lots of good NYC pizza joints nearby. Had a small issue at checkin but the staff made it right immediately. Very thorough selection of toiletries and pillows/beds were clean and soft.

My son and I spent two nights at this hotel to visit NYC’s main attractions. This hotel is very conveniently situated, well priced and the rooms are nicely sized and very clean. The breakfast offers mainly breakfast pastries, yogurt and fruit. Everything is fresh and very tasty. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is in a perfect location for accessing midtown and areas further south. I particularly liked that the neighboring shops are garden shops, so the sidewalk is filled with flowers and other plants. The room was quiet. There's a coffee maker and small fridge. Breakfast is free-pastries, yogurt, fruit, coffee. I've read a lot of bad reviews about this place and either people have no idea what to expect in NYC for this price, or they just like to whine.

The rooms were clean and nice size. The bed you could feel the springs poking you. The heater was broken and it was 25 degrees outside. Maintenance could not fix it so they gave us a space heater that was missing the grill and seened unsafe. Novody from staff offered any solutions nor gave us any extra blankets. la cama es super incomoda, el espacio del cuarto es muy pequeño para 4 personas mas sus pertenencia, la iluminación es pobre tiene bombillas que no funciones. los empleados de por la mañana te dan una información y lo de la tarde otra, nunca pude desayunar siempre que llegaba se había acabado y no era ni la hora! en realidad es un hotel que tiene mucho que mejorar!
