The Doormen were polite and welcoming. They were fantastic! The bed was a dream and I would like to know the name of the mattress that they use. The only negative was that I would like more lighting in the room and bathroom. I would stay there again!

The rooms are very small, bathroom right there and everything audible. Lovely to choose a balcony room. The empire state view was very restricted. The gym was enough because it was empty but only two machines in there (treadmill & bike). The reception staff are not particularly welcoming and seems they needed to google places I was asking for. They were very obliging though when we asked for a bigger room (chargeable) but we decided against this as we’d lose the balcony. The bed is comfy but I would go for a king bed. Breakfast we had once, very expensive and a strange vibe in the breakfast room. All in all I wouldn’t stay here again

Very clean hotel, staff was helpful and professional. Hotel lobby is small but stunning. It looked like there was a lobby bar and restaurant but we never saw either one open. We were there in early April and our hotel room was very hot. We were instructed by the front desk to turn the heat off and open the window. Overall, it was a great stay and I would go back.
