For the price, you get a pretty good location and an easily accessible space. Communication was great and the renters very friendly and helpful. The front room is VERY noisy and the street seems to attract late-night partiers. But I like NYC noise so didn’t bother our family much. It is not luxury- you would pay a LOT more for that around this area. But if you’re only sleeping there, like we were, it totally works. ##### Fran G. The back bedroom is incredibly quiet. The front bedroom is quite noisy, especially with people sitting/smoking on the stoop. But, this is New York and our friends who slept there got used to it and were not bothered.
