He was to busy in his phone.. I said excuse me about 5 times and even knocked on the window.. he finally looked up when I rose my voice and said hello I’m here to check in. He seemed annoyed and rolled his eyes at me when I asked him what floor my room was in because I couldn’t hear him.. but other than that I enjoyed my stay. PLEASE look into this practice. ##### Voyageur vérifié Séjour de 1 nuit en octobre 2017 ### 2/10 – Terrible #### Sagarame, JAPAN 5 déc. 2017 Points faibles : Propreté, service et personnel, état et installations de l’hébergement et confort de la chambre. #### 果たして、宿泊しても良い環境か…・ 　チェックインの後、客室に入ると、床のジュータンに綿埃や紙屑が絡まっている。シャワー室に入れば、前の人の使用済のタオルが防水床に落ちているし、髪の毛も散乱している。4泊したが、タオルと寝具以外の補充は、全く無い！（　紙コップ・コーヒー類・固形石鹸やシャンプー類　）又、ジュータン床もシャワー室床も清掃した気配が全く無い！（　シャワー室の床と防水床は、毎日、部屋に戻ってきて、シャワーを浴びる前と後にタオルで床拭きしました！　）　唯一のまともは、ベットメイク　のみ綺麗でまともだった。 　食堂については、係員が付きっきりで張り付いているので、テーブルや椅子、床、食品が載る台、ごみ箱も大変綺麗でした。 朝食は、小さいパン類とコーヒー、紅茶、ジュース、オレンジ、リンゴのみで、栄養価の高い。卵関係やハンバーグ・ウインナー類も全く無い。電子レンジは、新品が有りましたが…。 以上、新築してまだ１年～２年ですが、全米ホテルチェーンのディズインとは、全く似ても似つかない最低最悪のホテルです！！！！！。 周辺については、地下鉄の２つ駅から　３００ｍと５００ｍですが、薄暗いし、歩道や地下道は尿臭がするし、歩道には黒人のホームレスが寝ていたり、浮浪者がウロチョロしている。また、ドラックや麻薬使用者が道端で　ハイ　になっている。又、売人から　薬　を買っているのも見てしまった。怖いです。 以上が、現状報告です。　私は、このホテルをお勧め致しません！ ##### Sagarame Séjour de 4 nuits en novembre 2017 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Voyageur vérifié 30 nov. 2017 Points forts : Propreté, état et installations de l’hébergement et confort de la chambre.
