Staff were super friendly and checked in regularly to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Very quiet and safe (doors locked from 11pm onwards, need room key to access) Rooms are small but you don't spend much time in the room anyways. Beds were comfy and the bathroom was clean and updated. Had a five night stay just before Christmas We were welcomed with a drink of complimentary champagne. Staff were very friendly throughout our stay. Room had everything anyone should need and was exceptionally clean upon welcome and over the course of our stay, We were a two minute walk away from MSG, Times Square around 15 minutes walk away, there was a subway around the corner too for anything further out. Ideal location for anyone wanting to see the sights but be far enough away that it seems quiet.
