Une chambre pour 4 personnes réservée et payée, une chambre pour 3 personnes mise à disposition…. Aucune écoute ni solution, à part nous rembourser pour que nous allions voir ailleurs… c’est inacceptable.

J'ai été déçue de l'état général de l'hôtel au vu du prix de la chambre. L'hôtel est assez vieillot (surtout la chambre) et je m'attendais à un hôtel de meilleur standing. La chambre était assez poussiéreuse (armoire, tapis, etc.).

Arrivé en fin d'après midi, j'ai été agréablement acceuilli par une très jolie hôtesse souriante, qui m'a donné l'ensemble des indications nécessaire et j'ai pu avoir accès à ma chambre dans la foulé. J'ai pu mangé sur place, et le lendemain, une navette m'a transporté à l'aeroport au niveau du bon terminal, service inclus dans le prix. Très bonne expérience

Staff was friendly and for the most part it was a clean hotel. Very inconvenient that there appeared to be no air conditioning in the room just a fan that blows static air. We set the AC to 16 degrees but the room never dipped in temperature and was at 24 degrees which was too warm for me and my wife. We had to request a fan so that we could have it pointed on us during sleep

Shuttle pick up and return to airport was excellent but JFK doesn’t make it easy. Room was fine, shower, bed and a/c all good. Old carpet with stains on the floor. But I would stay again for a short stay.

No parking on premises, you have to find parking on the street. Also poor customer service esp in the night/overnight hours. The one staff on at night wasn’t willing to go above and beyond to meet our needs. You have to go to the lobby to get anything you need. They are not willing to bring up to your room.

We were stranded at JFK and needed an unexpected stay. We chose this property for the 24 hour free airport shuttle. The shuttle was clean, on time, and not crowded both ways. The front desk staff was kind, professional, and accommodating. However, for the $$$ price, the hotel was very disappointing. The restaurant was very limited and overpriced (we ordered from a local Indian restaurant and had free delivery. The food was delivered quickly and was excellent). Because of the location, we had to buy water in the hotel. Spent $20 for 2 waters and a ginger ale. Our 2 double bed room was very small. The furniture was worn, and there was no mini fridge for our leftovers. Though the beds were clean, the mattresses were noisy. I couldn’t roll over without disturbing my family. The rain shower head was incredible. Excellent water pressure and temperature. The bathroom sink was cracked. This hotel met our needs but I wouldn’t choose to stay here again due to the poor quality for the exorbitant price.
