That said, the room itself was just ok. When we arrived, it was awkward to get in and we found out that luggage storage was just an unlocked closet that anyone could access. We also had to bang (hard) on the lock on the room door to get it to light up so we could enter our code for the room. We also arrived to two large garbage bags in the hall outside our rroom. There were two TVs but one remote, we had to stand on a chair to be able to get into one bed because it was so high, the deadbolt to the main door didn’t actually lock, and the shower curtain was just a plastic liner but no actual curtain. Additional bed did not allow the front door to open. This is a good place to sleep - great proximity to sights and transportation. But it’s tiny. So plan accordingly. ##### Joshua R. We asked for three more, but they only brought us 1.So hot! The heat was intense. We couldn’t figure out how to turn it down. We had to open all of the windows.The water in the building stopped working for around 12 hours. No showers and toilet would not flush. At 12 am on our last night, someone LITERALLY opened our door and shut it again a second later. My kids heard knocking and the sound of the code being entered in the door. They were terrified. No idea who it was. I am just glad it seems to have been a harmless mistake. ##### Rose M.
