I've lived in this neighborhood for almost 20 years, in this apartment for over 10\. It is my heart. I've cared for it well and put a touch of love in to every detail. It's home. I expect you will be very comfortable here and hope you will enjoy your stay. The property is beautiful, comfortable and in a great location. I do not run rentals as a business. This is my home, but I no longer stay there but part of the year so I rent through this service to help meet expenses, rather than run a profit hiring out rentals. As a consequence I can offer a great price, but the space does move quickly. I ask that you make only serious inquiries, tell me about yourself and your visit and let me know any questions you have promptly. As the space fills, I frequently get very upset messages from potential guests who made inquiries, but had another reservations block their dates while they made their decision or sorted their affairs.
