En plus une heure avant d'arriver on a reçu un mail qui nous indiquait qu'ils avaient un problème de plomberie et qu'il fallait contacter Hotel.com pour trouver un autre hotel... Nous sommes quand meme aller a l'hotel et ils se sont arrangés pour qu'on ait deux chambres. Propreté pas terrible, pas de menage journalier des chambres. The 414 location is great - a short walk to theatres, a wide range of coffe shops, restaurants, shopping, easy access to the subway. There are zero amenities: not even a bathmat, washcloth, or water glass. The sheets on the bed were clean, but threadbare. The courtyard between the entrance to the hotel and access to the rooms is piled high with construction debris and is probably a safety hazard. As two physically fit adults who had no intention of hanging out in the hotel, we didn’t really mind lugging our small bags across the courtyard and up 3 narrow flights of stairs - but that could be a problem for some. It would have been nice to have a coffee pot in the room or in the lobby. A website for the hotel advertises continental breakfast but no such thing was offered and I cant even imagine how or where it would be served. Einrichtung eher bescheiden. Die Lage ist top. Die Gegend sehr ok. In New York genießt man nicht das Hotel sondern die Stadt. Kein Frühstück aber Kaffee immer und umsonst. Additionally, something was broken in the room. We’re not sure what it was but it was part of the wall. Wir haben bei der Ankunft im Hotel, trotz bestätigung kein Zimmer bekommen. Wir standen da und wussten nicht wie es weiter gehen soll. Es hat sich rausgestellt, daß Expedia keine Kartenzahlung zum Hotel gechickt hat. Wir sind sehrbEnttäucht, mussten mehr bezahlen.
