Just perfect! Every moment is pleasant in a 1 Hotel! I wish I had not stayed in another hotel the Previous night, as this one is a great experience.

arnaque au paiement
J'ai réservé via hotel.com une chambre avec vue sur le pont pour 1600€ (c'est pas rien tout de même...) et en arrivant après 8 heures de vol on nous annonce qu'il n'y a pas de traces de la réservation. Résultat, j'ai du repayer une nouvelle chambre, non conforme à ma réservation initiale. Après une nuit passée dans une chambre avec deux lits simples (super pour la saint valentin...) on nous a redonné une nouvelle chambre avec vue sur le pont (après avoir refusé une chambre d'un niveau inférieur). Pendant la première nuit j'ai reçu un SMS de american express qui m'annonçait que j'avais été redébité alors que le soir de l'arrivée ils ont pris l'empreinte de la carte juste pour la garantie car j'avais montré la réservation initiale, les email et le relevé bancaire qui comportait déjà le paiement intégral du séjour. Quand je suis allé à l'accueil pour demander des explication sur ce deuxième débit, la nana qui se prend pour rihanna m'a envoyé balader en parlant super vite (en anglais) et en expliquant que c'était juste la garantie et que ça ne serait pas débité. Résultat mon séjour à l'hôtel 1 de brooklyn m'a couté 3000 euros et là je dois me démener pour avoir un remboursement. Qui est le responsable je m'en fiche je veux qu'on me rembourse mes 1500 euros.

Un hôtel pour les écolos fortunés
Hôtel très à la mode, genre éco-friendly, parfait pour la gauche caviar. On s'attend à voir John Lennon arriver... Architecture très intéressante, vue depuis le roof top époustouflante, restaurant fort convenable pour l'Amerique Chambres lookées conçues malheureusement sans sens pratique, la salle-de-bains en espace ouvert sur la chambre ne pouvant convenir qu'à de très jeunes mariés. Les femmes de menages doivent apprendre à se pencher sous les canapés pour faire la poussière...

This hotel is amazing taste. One of the most nice visual and atmosphere hotel in New York. Restaurant is good bit too salty like usual restaurant. Staff is nice but bit dry. Room is very nice but the water faucet was really tight and not design for comfortable use. Roof top view is fantastic.pool is good to refresh. I would come back again.

Feel duped. Was told on entry that we had been upgraded only to then really work out that we had lost our view which was the most important. Place is amazing. Everything about it is my vibe but to be told we booked your room and we can’t move you simply isn’t good enough and in their first breathe it was we upgraded you. Terrible customer relations.

The staff had an attitude which was not customer oriented. The music was awful and loud and intrusive in the public areas and the fact that my payment was nonrefundable and in addition to that a $250 reserve was held on each night of my rooms is totally unacceptable, I will never come back to the hotel and will not recommend it to anyone

This is my second stay at this property. We enjoy it and the proximity to our daughter’s apartment. The area is very lively and love the views. The only thing I really don’t like are the keys. They are easy for room access but not good for the elevator. I appreciate they are wooden but my fingers struggle with the round size. Think about a square. It would be so much easier.

This hotel will be my go to every time I visit my daughter in Brooklyn. This place is exquisite. The room was so comfortable. The views are breathtaking. The food is so good. And it is in such a fabulous location. Just loved it.
