"Staff was friendly. Easly added a night after canceled flights. Rooms were comfortable and quiet. "

"Booked room with a balcony, didn’t receive. Hair in shower upon arrival. Housekeeping removed trash daily but didn’t replenish toilet paper. Was told we needed to ask for the “full package” - since when is toilet paper an extra amenity? Pool looked nice; will likely be real nice once renovations complete. "

"The staff Samantha and Araianne were awesome . The hotel was dirty and the bathroom door looked like it had been kicked a few times there was holes all over it and did not close property. The toilet was running the hotel room was dirty.. the airport shuttle was late a few times that we had to use it. There’s plenty of hotels in the surrounding area. I would definitely choose a different one and maybe they should hire the two employees that helped me because they were excellent."

"Room was clean, daily room refresh was good (but not always did they replenish the coffee supplies), buffet had some variety but not high quality foods, the staff was friendly and helpful some were hard to understand, the shuttle was down and they offer to reimburse for uber rides but aren’t able to on the spot for guests that "

"The room was enough for me and my 4 kids to sleep peacefully. The tv had cartoons for the kids. The water pressure and temperature were amazing. I also got to examine the room before submitting payment for my deposit. I was also over 4 hours late checking in with no issues "

"We didn't get to the hotel until 8:45 PM and left on the 4 AM shuttle, so we didn't get to enjoy any breakfast or room entertainment, but the bed was very comfortable and room amenities were just fine."
