This apartment is above the garage. This rooming house was built in 1923, and is today recognized as an Historic Building. It is a legal short term rental that offers 3 different and private apartments all situated on the second floor. There was an issue with the AC that made it very uncomfortable for sleeping. They were able to move us to another room for the next day and repaired the AC. It was better the next night, but believe the window AC unit should probably be replaced with a more powerful unit with higher BTU’s. Bathroom was very warm as no AC in there which caused it to smell. Communication could be a little better as I never heard back from them when wanting to add another day to the stay, so booked it through VRBO which means I paid for an additional cleaning fee which was not needed nor done. ##### Alex P.
