Coronado Arms is a desirable complex with a pool (seasonally heated), coin operated laundry facility and BBQ grills, in the heart of New Smyrna Beach, beachside. The space Centrally located, walking distance to beach, river, shopping, restaurants and grocery store. On site pool and laundry room. Sleeps 2 No smoking in the unit. Guest access Access to the entire condo. Other things to note 2 night minimum. 3 night for holidays. Book for 28 nights and save 25% When booking a month or more you receive a discount and are expected to replenish your essentials. The condo is supplied with two rolls of toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags.
