The only draw back was the mosquitos and gnats in the backyard. We loved being out there but we were infested with them. We even went to DG and got backyard spray and spray on insect repellent. We loved having the flexibility of a 3 bdrm house. On 2 different occasions we had friends stay for a couple of days. We also had a group of 8 over for dinner so made good use of the grill and the beautiful outdoor table. Everyone raved about the beautiful backyard and how relaxing it was.
