This unique property features white-painted wood walls, new plank floors throughout, and everything you'll need to make your stay a memorable one. The Sunny Daze townhome is located on the ground level. The ocean-view living room features a smart Roku TV, with a cozy couch and chair, sliders leading to the ocean-view deck, and quick beach access, making it easy to get to the white sandy beach in no time. Walk right out the sliders to the path leading to the refreshing pool adjacent. This townhome is the ultimate vacation getaway! The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and all your baking essentials. Enjoy breakfast with a view of the ocean from the dining area with seating for 4\. The spacious master suite features sneak peeks of the ocean, a king-size bed, and smart Roku TV. The 2nd bedroom features a queen size bed and the full bath is located in the hallway and features a walk-in shower. Also within a short drive south is the Bethune parking featuring a fishing pier, tennis and basketball courts, beach volleyball court, and playground. The short walk to the beach is amazing!!! The view of the ocean was better than the pictures! We brought our own chairs canopy and boogie boards but at this place they had all of the above plus more! The only downside was the upstairs neighbors were up all times of the night and you could hear every single movement..the other downside was the shared washer and dryer when upstairs and downstairs were checking out at the same time but we communicated and both families got everything done by 930! It was clean and updated. The pool was a nice bonus especially since it was empty most of the time! It's close to shops and restaurants. The main complaint I had was the upstairs guests (friends of the owner, so they said) they literally walked around ALL night. The ceilings must not be very well insulated because we could hear every step they made. They even asked us after the first night if we could hear them and we said YES! Seems like they didn't care though because the steps were louder each night, almost deliberately!
