  • Welcome to New Smyrna Beach, Florida's most friendly and quaint beach town. Moontide is New Smyrna Beach's best vacation value. Our non smoking 'beach cottage' is located on the Prime Location top (5th) floor of the prestigious 'A' building, which is right on the beach, and features a large 30 foot wide totally private balcony with unobstructed views up and down the entire beach. Our condo is perched right up against the sea wall. You can't get more direct oceanfront than this. It is located on the preferred safe, secure more private, "no drive" beach.

    Our 'beach cottage' has been completely renovated, with all new flooring, kitchen cabinets, Kitchen and laundry room appliances, tiled walk in showers, dining room, living room and bedroom furnishings, 60' 'smart' HDTV, all new kitchen flatware. Really, everything is brand new, and absolutely first class top quality.

    The balcony features numerous seating options to enjoy the beach's sights and sound; Imagine breathtaking painted sunrises, and moonlit evenings as you reflect on the day's memories; walks and bike rides along the beach, sitting out under the beach tent, watching the Dolphin swim along the shore, or the Pelicans drifting along the ever present sea breeze .

    The balcony and its panoramic views is open to both the master bedroom, which features a beautiful King sized bed, as well as an open living room, which features a 60 inch 'smart' HDTV, and seating for beach gazing. The second bedroom features a queen sized bed, and also has a comfortable 'hide-a-mat' twin bed, as well as a 55' HDTV. There is the capability of free Netflix streaming on all TVs. We also have a free Amazon Fire Stick for expanded viewing options.

    A fully stocked kitchen allows for eating in, or take advantage of the numerous local restaurants. Owners offer you the use of their selection of beach towels, tents, and umbrellas, beach chairs, and beach cart. Moontide has a heated pool just steps away, private secured covered garage parking, and private tennis courts. There is a brand new washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. Free high speed internet WiFi service, and free local and long distance telephone service to U.S, Canada, and P.R.

We had a great trip to NSB and the condo was excellent. Robert was very welcoming, fully communicated with us and made sure we had everything we needed. The condo is well stocked and we enjoyed the ability to use the coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas and other convenience items in the condo.The condo building itself is also very clean with a friendly staff. We couldn't believe being on the beach there was not even any sand in the hallways. They keep it very clean and organized.The views are perfect and the beach is right there so we loved the convenience and the beauty of the beach. NSB is also a really cute and clean town. We enjoyed the Flagler Ave shopping and dinners out. It was a great trip and we would definitely stay again.Thank you!Rachel and Jeff

Relaxing Stay

Bob and Deb are excellent hosts. Communication was excellent and they were available should any issues arise. (There were no issues)The oceanfront condo is beautifully decorated and everything we needed for a great week was readily available. Nothing like waking up to a beautiful sunrise over the ocean. That and a cup of coffee started our day off perfectly. We hope to return to this perfect place on the coast next year.

Three lifelong female friends looking for a wonderful place to reconnect, laugh, enjoy the beach, have some excellent food and generally chill. This condo is all it claims to be. And the owners are excellent hosts - providing everything you need and more. We especially appreciated all the good local recommendations for dining and entertainment.

The location and property exceeded our expectations and was well appointed with everything you need to have a comfortable and relaxing stay. Gorgeous beachfront property

We had a wonderful stay in November. The condo is beautiful and has a large balcony overlooking the ocean. We saw dolphins from the balcony! The unit is well equipped with everything you could want to have at the beach. The owners were very helpful with information about the area attractions and restaurants.

Wonderful!

Despite the terrible mid-November weather (windy, rainy, flooding) we enjoyed our stay and the marvelous view. Couldn't imagine a better place to be stuck inside for a six days.

Great beach location

Well maintained beach front condominium. Cars prohibited on this stretch of beach which means comfort and security. Many owner provided amenities including chairs, umbrellas, and bikes.

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful time at Bob and Deb’s condo. Location was great! The view from the balcony was perfect! We really enjoyed all of the beach toys, chairs, tents, boogies boards and so much more right there at the condo! Beds were very comfortable, there was a nice kitchen to cook in and everything was very clean! We really enjoyed the rooftop pool as well! I highly recommend staying at this condo! Thank you for the wonderful vacation for our family!

Perfect beach condo

This condo was amazing! It was immaculate and well appointed with everything we needed for a beach vacation. The view was incredible and very convenient to both pool and the beach. Strongly recommend!! The condo is Beautiful, and very clean. The property inside and outside was very clean. Easy access to the beach. The condo has everything you need to go down to the beach Chairs, Cooler, wagon, beach toys and games, beach umbrella and so much more. Parking garage neat and clean. The area was nice and quiet. Bob and Debbie were so easy to work with.

Absolutely Perfect!

An immaculate and perfectly appointed unit with a breathtaking view of the ocean. The pictures, as beautiful as they are, do not begin to do it justice. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and had everything you could possibly need. We loved starting the day with our morning coffee and ending our day with a nightcap on the balcony. Loved the easy access to the beach and a super short beach walk to a fun ocean front restaurant/bar, Chase’s on the Beach. We really appreciated the owner’s communication before, and during our stay, as well as their flexibility and thoughtful touches. We wil definitely be back!

Relax..and just enjoy being at the beach!

Mostly what there is to do in NSB is well ..to relax and enjoy the gorgeous beach! Moontide A502 is the place to do exactly that - and there are options. When you first arrive at the condo you’ll see the fabulous ocean views from your own private 5th floor balcony. We found some local coffee at Island Roasters and enjoyed that while watching the sunrise every morning… which, according to me, is a perfect start to any beach day! The building itself is just a few steps from the sand and surf- and every beach accessory you could want is provided. There’s also a heated rooftop pool, a great place for swimming or laying out, and here again it faces the ocean, and the view up there is incredible.. The condo itself is very comfortable, we enjoyed our time here.

Great for Beach lovers

The location really cannot be beat. I became addicted to watching the tide go in and out (when we were there), and listening to the waves. Saw dolphins while drinking morning coffee. We were only on property about half the time, but there was so much available for the beach, wish we had more time. Boards, toys, balls, towels, tents, etc. I think VRBO did something weird on the listing... one room says Queen + Twin, but reality was just a Queen. The written description does not mention 2nd bed. We did find a foam Mat/ mattress that could have been used, but the couch was large and comfortable enough as well.

We stayed at this condo from January 4-March 28. We arrived to find it spotless and beautifully decorated. Everything in it was top notch with an amazing view of the ocean, even from the kitchen. The hosts were very communicative and helpful, providing suggestions for restaurants and parks to visit. Directions for check in were given clearly so it took the guesswork out of the unknown. Everything you could possibly need or want was already in place, making it as comfortable as home. Thank you Bob and Deb!
