Unwind in the private fully-fenced zen yard after a fun-filled day at the beach immediately nearby or recreate your favorite meals seaside in the fully-equipped kitchen! Working remote? Tap into your productivity while on vacation in the minimalist office space with blazing fast fiber Wi-Fi internet and plenty of natural light! Booking guest must review and e-sign the property Rental Agreement before check-in. A $250.00 USD security hold will be separately pre-authorized on your credit card on file by Fun Coast Rentals one (1) day before arrival and will be released within two (2) days following departure, provided no damages are found at the property. For stays longer than 7 days, the security hold will be released and recaptured each 7 day period of your stay. This property is dog friendly (2 dogs max) with a Pet Fee of $163.80 USD + Tax. Dogs must be cleaned up after throughout guest's stay and must never be permitted on any furniture or left unattended at the property. Please be sure to disclose accurate pet count when booking.
