Located on the west side of A1A, this home sits between two beach accesses on 19th and 20th Avenue and offers a beautiful resort-style swimming pool with an outdoor shower area. Cearra Del Ray's convenient location allows for easy access to shopping, dining, entertainment venues, and all that New Smyrna Beach has to offer. You will love this quiet, beachside retreat! Art lovers and beachgoers alike will love this beautifully spacious townhome. The Cearra Dey Ray features over 2,000 square feet of living space, an open floor plan, tile throughout, and 2-levels of luxury living. This tastefully decorated townhome features beautiful artwork and special touches throughout. Located on the 2nd level, the spacious living room offers a leather recliner sofa, large smart TV, and sliders to the balcony offering sneak peaks of the ocean. The second bedroom features a king-size bed and full bath located just outside in the hallway with a walk-in shower. Downstairs on the first level, guests will find the master suite. This room features a king-size bed, desk, and sliders granting direct access to the patio. The Artsy Adobe features cable TV, WiFi, a laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer, and all your linens are supplied.
