It offers a spectacular sweeping view across Ponce Inlet, from the Atlantic white beaches to the Intercoastal Waterway with a view of the Ponce Lighthouse in the distance. The pristine Smyrna Dunes Park lies in front, with boardwalks and beach paths and native Florida foliage. With a bright, airy open floor plan, the living room & dining area, with 3 tall windows, open on to two separate porches, one facing east & the ocean, and the other facing west & the river. The rooms are full of light and color from the sea and the river. There are curtains and blinds on windows, but because this unit faces only the inlet, there is complete privacy. The unit consists of a large master bedroom, spa bathroom, and walk-in closet. This bedroom opens on to a private porch with stunning views of the ocean. There is a medium sized guestroom and full bath with tub and shower. Both bedrooms have plush pillow top beds and top quality linens and towels. A library/office with two desks is located right off the entry way. Wifi is included with the rental. The living room contains a large, comfortable, sectional couch and leather recliner. There is a 65" frame TV on the living room wall and another TV in the guest room. The dining area consists of a large mango wood trestle table with seating for 10\. A signature shell chandelier lights the area. The kitchen, with granite counter tops, is large and well equipped for entertaining and cooking. Internet and full TV services are included. A laundry room with washer & dryer is located next to guestroom. There is a private indoor parking space for this unit and two bicycles available for use. The Minorca complex offers endless amenities including tennis courts, gas grills, fitness center, rest rooms, sauna, free wireless access, large heated pool and spa. Salina Building has its own separate pool and whirlpool. The complex is gated with security and complete privacy. Additionally, there is a wonderfully equipped private Clubhouse perfect for family gatherings. Within the clubhouse you will find a pool table, bar, kitchen, entertainment center and comfortable seating. New Smyrna offers many different attractions within miles from the condo. Directly next to the inlet is the 220 acre Smyrna Dunes Park with over 4 miles of walkways and beach trails. Shop the quaint stores on historic Flagler Ave, rent a golf cart to explore the island, take the kids to the marine center, sunset cruises, fishing trips, your options are endless. We are also only 15 miles south of Daytona, and 55 miles east of Orlando making day trips to Central Florida simple. The condo has such a beautiful view of the ocean and inlet. A very nice condo with everything one could need. Lots of room. The kitchen was well stocked. OG mit Blick auf die Natur und den Strand. Sehr geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet, es fehlt an Nichts, es ist an alle Annehmlichkeiten gedacht worden! Da das Haus in einer "gated community" liegt, gibt es sehr freundliche Unterstützung durch die Security und die sehr netten Nachbarn, man fühlt sich gut aufgehoben. Als Ausgangsort für viele Ausflüge an der Ostküste Floridas sehr geeignet. Der Weg zum Einkaufen ist (wie immer mit dem Auto) nicht weit weg. Wir kommen gerne wieder! ##### Christian + Jana C.
