Completely updated wall to wall, top to bottom; the works! The second you walk in you will notice that this is the perfect spot for you. There is plenty of comfortable seating in the living room on leather couches. And a wall mounted flat screen television in the living room for you to enjoy your favorite movie on the couch. From here there are sliding glass doors that lead out to the balcony. Right next to the living room is the dining table and kitchen with a large pass-through window and bar stools. Granite counter tops, give that sparkling effect to the entire kitchen. There is plenty of cookware, dishes and utensils for you to use, all you need is groceries! There's nothing like drifting to sleep knowing the beach is so close. The master bathroom en-suite is designed to match the rest of the condo with its light colors and open feeling. The second bedroom is very inviting with a nautical theme with a bunk bed has a full on the bottom and a twin on top. The second bathroom is bright and cheery. There is a shower/tub combination and vanity in the second bathroom. This Unit is fully equipped. It has Wi-fi, x-box 360 with games, videos, games as well as beach chairs, sand toys, linens, towels, toiletries, cleaning supplies. You will notice throughout the condo that there are little touches that show the owner truly wanted a place of rest and relaxation. Sea Coast Condominiums is located in New Smyrna directly on the non-driving portion of the beach. It was built in 1971 and accommodates 90 individual units. The complex offers 1 and 2 bedroom oceanfront and ocean view condos. You can enjoy the great ocean view from your own private balcony. There is an oceanfront seasonally heated pool; you can also grill out on the oceanfront sun deck or play shuffle board by the beachside. Laundry rooms are located on each floor of the complex. Flagler Avenue is just up the street where you can enjoy great restaurants and beachside shopping. The Mosquito Lagoon is also close by if you want to do some fishing or go to the Mangrove Tours to go see the manatees. Lots of hidden dirt. Pulled a dish out of the cupboard with butter and toast crumbs! found dirty underwear under the bed, a shirt and pool noodle under the couch. Felt as though we had to disinfect and clean ourselves to feel comfortable. On a positive note. The location and ground were very nice ##### Gizelle W.
