This one-bedroom, one-bathroom corner unit has a second-floor view of New Smyrna's no-drive shore. Along with an oceanfront location, this getaway provides all the amenities and comforts of homes. Plan your next NSB vacation in this condo for four. Leave unpacking for later, and take the time to explore your home away from home. Light tile flooring and white walls contrast perfectly against the brilliant blue expanse. The condo first ushers guests into the living area. This space has a suede, blue couch, wicker accents, and a flat-screen TV with cable. While the living room has a fantastic view of the ocean, you'll get a first-hand experience when relaxing on the balcony. The corner balcony gives guests a front-row seat to the ebbing tide and clear shore. There's no need to say goodbye to such a sight at dinnertime. Both the kitchen and dining area share the same serene view. The beach view and access was amazing. It was a perfect place to unwind and enjoy walking the beach. We couldn’t have had a nicer place to stay. View from living room/dining room/deck was great. Sent a message when we booked. Our message was never answered. Didn’t receive check-in info until 4pm day we were arriving. And it came with a list of rules, each costing you extra money if you didn’t adhere. Our least favorite was that if you used their beach towels you were to wash them or be charged. We were there 4 days and were only allowed 1 set of bath towels each or face an extra charge for laundry. There were more rules! The agent verified that the inspection picture showed the damage. This made me wonder why it wasn’t addressed for us. The balcony light was not working because it didn’t have a light bulb. The storm door slams because the door closer was not properly adjusted. There are both live and dead cockroaches in the kitchen. The exhaust fan in the bathroom makes a lot of noise and spays black dirt I called the office to report all of this and was forwarded to a message to leave return contact info and they would return call latter which they never did. This is a unit that is not being maintained properly by unresponsive management I fixed the storm door, did my best to reattach the toilet paper holder, replaced the balcony light and bought non pesticide sticky roach traps This is not the vacation we had hoped for Was told that we would be compensated for all of the problems they did not address. Again no follow up. These people do not care about their guests. ##### Tom M. Privacy, family friendly, cleanliness and safety. Location is key as the property is on the no drive portion of the beach which is enjoyable as you are sunbathing, walking and enjoying the surf. We enjoyed the location of our unit as it overlooked the ocean. Amenities were found as listed. I do recommend the shower fixture and drainage be reviewed as the tub was slow to drain and shower fixture sprayed water at the nozzle. A new shower curtain and rings would have been more appealing than what is there. I would certainly consider renting again! Beautiful view and perfect location. ##### Jennifer L. Frequent renters know exactly what I am talking about. This was perfect. Exactly as advertised. Beach front, in a two story small condo group in New Smyrna. Not far from great restaurants, good beach bars, and an incredible view when you wake up. With your own parking space. It's not big, but for two of us it was everything we needed, including beach chairs and an umbrella. A great find and we'll definitely go back. This would have been five stars all the way, but it was not as well cleaned before our arrival as it should have been. Not dirty, just not super clean. ##### paul t. The condo is small but for two people it was more than acceptable. On arrival (they allowed early check in) the condo was clean and tidy. There were a few essentials left from previous occupants, and that was appreciated. Check in was on Sunday. Monday morning, we woke up to an inside temperature of 79, and rising. I called leasing service, and they walked me through processes. None worked and called HVAC. Top temp. was 86 in condo. did cool off that night to 82\. Outside temp 77\. But they did show up first thing Tuesday morning and got it fixed. The sliding glass door did not have a functioning lock. This did surprise me since I wondered how many people have stayed here. Tired to wedge a stick but the door was on outside track. Leasing company was very quick to respond and try to get it taken care of. They even stopped by the unit on Wednesday to make sure things had been taken care of. This property is a great location at New Symrna Beach . Short walk to a couple of good breakfast rest. and Dollar Market. Beach is mostly famlies and no vehicles on beach. Enjoyed my stay. ##### serena f. The location is SUPREME with a direct view of the beach/ocean. We found the condo to fit our needs perfectly and was clean and well stocked. Communication with the property manager company went smooth and they were responsive to our inquiries. The only 2 minor items that came up included a) finding several Palmetto Bugs in our condo (including the bathroom) and b) occasional problems with the television cable service dropping out. We would definitely return to this property based on the easy beach access and comfortable feeling of the condo itself. And did we mention the gorgeous sunrises? ##### Todd S.
