Rules While On Property: • Dogs must be leashed and restrained at all times outside the unit. • Dogs are not allowed in the pool area. • All dog walks must take defecation off the association property. The city property is usually the sidewalk and away from the property. • Per County Ordinance, dogs are not allowed on the beach. • Excessive barking will result in eviction of the dog, guests, and renters from the property. Service Animals (defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities) and Emotional Support Animals (“Emotional support animal” means an animal that does not require training to do work, perform tasks, provide assistance, or provide therapeutic emotional support by virtue of its presence which alleviates one or more identified symptoms or effects of a person's disability) are welcome. Overall the condo was very spacious and the balcony was a favorite hangout for us. Kitchen was one of the best stocked kitchens we have ever had in a rental. Lots of dishes, glasswear, silverwear, cooking utensils, pots and pans, and storage containers. Would have been great to have tin foil and more spices and olive oil/spray. Coffee pot is old but works and coffee filters were provided. Bathrooms were also good sizes. Water pressure was ok. Pool towels were provided. Towels in the unit were fine, not a ton but we were able to wash while we were there. One other person noted the sheets in the master suite not fitting properly, we had the same issue of them coming off during the night. I think it was due to a slippery mattress cover. Annoying but not something we couldn't deal with. The beach here was wonderful. Daily long walks. The pool was small but fine. The community gym was a joke...terrible and very old. Ended up having to drive to other local gyms. Also the elevator at times would not be working. Normally I wouldn't care as we would take the stairs but I was in a boot for my foot so again kind of a hassle. ##### Stacey G.
