This two-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat resides along New Smyrna Beach's driving section and offers guests 24/7 access to the sun and sand. Paired with a prime location, this condo for six has a tropical-inspired interior that adds to the beachy atmosphere. Plan your NSB vacation here for days of seaside bliss. The Atlantic Ocean is the first sight to greet you upon walking in. Paired with the outdoor scenery are bright colored walls, wicker accents, and tile flooring throughout. You'll immediately feel yourself going into vacation mode. The foodies in your group will gravitate first to the kitchen. This space is composed of white appliances, white and teal cabinetry, and penny tile backsplash. Aside from its playful appeal, the kitchen is functional and fully stocked with a drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, pots and pans, and more. Meals can either be served at the breakfast bar for two or the dining table for four. In the interims you're not exploring the serene outdoors, you'll love kicking back in the living room. Two reclining armchairs and a pull-out sofa provide plenty of comfortable seating. Guests can either relax to the ocean view or their favorite shows on the flat-screen TV with cable. As happy hour approaches, take your cocktails and wine glasses to the condo's oceanfront balcony. The high-top table for two is the perfect spot to enjoy the second-floor view of the complex grounds, pool, and driving beach. In the morning, you can sip your coffee to the direct view of the ocean sunrise. When you're ready for bed, slip away to the primary bedroom from its private balcony entrance. This room hosts a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and amazing oceanfront views. Guests are also provided ample dresser space and a small vanity. Adjoining is the primary bathroom which has a shower with a moveable showerhead and soft bath towels. Similarly, the second bedroom sleeps three and has a flat-screen TV. This room accommodates guests with twin over full bunkbed. Nearby is a bathroom with a standard bathtub, moveable showerhead, and bath linens. This condo is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. The on-site laundry room is located nearby. There is high-speed internet, cable TV, a drip coffee maker, beach chairs and toys, and the best views of NSB! With lounge chairs lining the pool deck, and permanent dining tables surrounded by a small green lawn facing the ocean, you can choose to bask in the warm Florida sun around the pool or take your meals picnic style as you watch the waves roll in. Each unit at Oceania Plaza provides expansive beach and ocean views. Every unit is equipped with a full kitchen. Coin operated laundry facilities are located within the complex. Located on the driving portion of the beach, the open beach provides plenty of room to enjoy long walks, shell hunting, sand castle building, and games of catch. Wi-Fi is available throughout the complex. You will also find a small arcade and a computer available for printing in the recreation room. The Beauty of New Smyrna Beach New Smyrna is a barrier island positioned between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River. The beaches of New Smyrna stretch over 13 miles along the sandy east coast of Central Florida. Water activities abound. New Smyrna is the surfing capital of Florida-- try it yourself or watch the locals ride the big waves near the jetties. We loved being right on the beach. The condo has a charming ocean theme and a well-equipped kitchen. The board games, books, beach towels and chairs, and binoculars were thoughtful touches we appreciated. The living room was comfortable and relaxing. Unfortunately, our arrival was marred by housekeeping issues. We found several things that needed attention, including a piece of French toast and a marble-size child's toy on the living room floor. More importantly, there was a prescription pill directly under the bed in the main bedroom. This could be a major safety issue for families with young children. Also, there was an unwashed coffee mug among the clean ones and some items under the bed that could have been easily removed during cleaning. The bath towels were also a bit worn. These issues made us question the overall cleanliness of the unit. Still, with the location, we rolled with it! Sleep Number Bed? The master bedroom has a sleep number bed, but it is not functional. The motor seemed inoperable, making the bed extremely firm and uncomfortable. This significantly impacted my sleep quality. Because of that, we won't rebook this unit but will find another one in the building for our fall trip. With some improvements in housekeeping, particularly a more thorough cleaning process, and addressing the sleep number bed issue, this condo has the potential to be an excellent getaway location. ##### Jeannine M. Bathrooms clean. Bath mat looked stained, lifted and lots of old sand cleaned underneath mat. All appliances in working order. Pictures showed twin beds that are no longer there. The twin ver full bunk beds in that bedroom were not an inconvenience for us. Bath towels and wash cloths were badly stained. Great oceanfront view with convenient beach access. Short walk to Flagler St. shopping and to restaurants made meals convenient for us since we chose not to cook! I would definitely stay here again! ##### Christina B. But the property is run down and the stuff provided is zero. The furniture is uncomfortable and old rundown stuff that doesn’t look updated at all. They are like slum lords… pillows provided were old flat and gross… oh, and only one tiny gross pillow per bed. Towels were dingy and old. Not even remotely white any longer… had holes in them & just nasty. They provided one tiny bar of soap for the entire unit. The cheapest toilet paper and paper towels I have ever seen… seriously didn’t know this stuff existed and I am thrifty. NO coffee in the unit at all… not starter Kcup packs or anything. No dish soap for the dishwasher (which concerns me because they want you to run the dishwasher when you leave and since there is no soap, how is anything clean)? It is just super run down inside and cheap. But if you are looking for a great location and don’t care… this is perfect for you. We won’t be staying here again… we prefer something a little bit cleaner and better kept up. Bedding is gross too. Dingy, just really dingy! Ugh ##### kristen l.
