This beautifully appointed third-floor condo offers peaceful ocean views from the private balcony and stunning sunsets from the common area balcony and den window. With direct access to the pool and just a short walk to the beach, Building 20—Oceanwalk's newest building, completed in 2018—offers the perfect blend of convenience and comfort. Guests enjoy secure garage parking, a gated entry, and access via elevator or stairs. Inside, this condo is thoughtfully decorated in coastal blues and beach-themed accents to create a relaxed and inviting setting.
