There isn’t much communication from the host regarding check-in or check-out but the host will answer any questions you have on the app. It’s a lot of space with perfect access to the waterways for fishing. We then discovered the hot tub wasn’t working and asked if we could have the golf cart in exchange and received no reply from hosts. We couldn’t find check out instructions & also didn’t receive a reply when we requested those. The trash & recycling bins are too small for the size of the house & number of guests that will typically be staying there.
