The property was as pictured - the furniture was very comfortable, the beds were new, and there was an abundance of good bed pillows, so that was very nice. Jill had the place very well stocked with towels, linens and dishes - which also were either brand new or very gently used. Amazingly enough - there was a complete butcher block filled with knives that were actually sharp! In other condo's we have not found that to be the case and I always bring my own but I didn't have to even use mine this time!! Having a washer and dryer on site was great as well Jill was very easy to contact and work with. There was an issue with the microwave (which was also new) and Jill had a replacement sent within 2 days. It was a short walk to the beach (maybe 5 minutes) and a 10 to 15 minute walk to town which we found very convenient. All in all, I would definitely recommend this location if you want to be close to the beach and town for all the shops, bars and places to eat. ##### penny h.
