Although it is in a commercial area, the apartments are situated on the upper story of commercial premises, back from the road, so there is no traffic noise and it is very quiet at night. very handy to the Fitzroy shopping area which has all you need within walking distance and it's only a quick and easy drive from the CBD. The apartment is part of a group of like buildings with small businesses occupying the downstairs and in this case an apartment upstairs. Despite some early morning activity it was mostly very quiet. Lovely comfortable bed in the main bedroom. Bathroom could be a bit awkward as it was shared and had sliding doors into it-one off the main bedroom and another accessed through a laundry space.
