Located just a five-minute drive or a fifteen-minute walk to the CBD, this property offers easy access to local attractions. Enjoy the nearby Bowl of Brooklands and Pukekura Park, where you can experience the renowned Festival of Lights from mid-December to the end of January, along with various concerts and festivals at the natural amphitheater. This sunny and relaxed holiday home is designed for comfort and convenience. With a fully equipped kitchen, a six-seater dining table, and two spacious lounge areas, families can spread out and enjoy their own space.
