The bathroom provides a tiled shower and rustic copper barrel sink. WHAT TO BRING: \- Not much! We provide all the essentials that you'll need - coffee, paper towels, soap/shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, robes, firewood and fire starters, and plenty of propane for the grill. You may want to bring some slippers or shower shoes to walk to the hot tub, it's about 20 steps from the cabin on a well-lit concrete pathway. GENERAL: \- Mini-split A/C and heating \- Complimentary linens, towels, beach towels, and toiletries. \- Keyless, no-contact entry \- Hair dryer FAQ: \- 4 exterior stairs to enter, bedroom & bathroom on 1st floor \- 2 exterior security cameras (facing out) \- Limited cell service PARKING: \- Driveway (2 vehicles) Guests have access to the entire home and 7.5-acre property. Please be mindful of the area and do not go beyond the driveway you made the U-turn to get to the cabin as it is private property. Secluded on 7.5 private acres, there is another cabin nearby that is unoccupied, all of the acreage is yours to explore! The driveway is steep, a 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is recommended though not always necessary when the weather is nice. The property may be difficult to access in the winter if there is snow - we make every effort to have the driveway cleared, however, there is a chance you may need to park at the bottom of the driveway and walk up about 400 yards. Please note there is limited mobile phone reception, especially for Verizon customers. AT&T and T-Mobile customers may get reception but it is not guaranteed. While the StarLink internet service is incredible for remote areas, please note that storms may cause intermittent connectivity issues. If you do go down to the creek, please no swimming! There is another cabin on the property that is unoccupied, please do not try and enter it as it is unsafe. Your total reservation fee for this home includes a per-booking damage waiver fee, including any applicable taxes. The damager waiver ensures coverage for any accidental damage caused to the home or its contents, including appliances and furnishings, up to a maximum of $3,000\. However, to benefit from this coverage, you must report the incident to the host before you check out. The damage waiver serves as a replacement for the conventional security deposit. Two security cameras are in place on the property, one facing the driveway and one at the front door. The cameras actively record video for your protection and safety. This cabin is tucked away in the woods, so from time to time, you may notice a bug or small critter inside. We have regular pest control to help manage this, but nature does have a way of sneaking in. You really do need 4 wheel or AWD for the driveway, it is quite bumpy and gravel. The location is perfect to get to Hocking Hills and the nearby towns for food. The cabin was PERFECTION for an intimate getaway for a couple! Our pup, Pepper, enjoyed her amenities as well. The snack basket and card were such a personal touch. The area is gorgeous with a plethora of hiking within a 30 minute drive. We found Stella Blue and knew it was the place! Booking and communication was excellent. The guides are SPOT ON for everything that you need to know, which not very common in our rental experiences. Check in was a breeze as well. We used every single amenity that was available- especially loved the Blackstone and hot tub. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on that wasn’t my own! Our dogs loved it as well. Cabin was very clean and kitchen was stocked with anything you should need to cook with. Hot tub was nice and relaxing after a day on the trails. The bed was nice and comfy! Oct 26, 2024 #### Fall Getaway for 2 plus 2 furbabies Secluded relaxation, but close enough to enjoy local activities too. Tiny cabin with wonderful little touches. The complimentary bottle of wine was so nice! Our furbabies loved sniffing and laying around too. We enjoyed the Hocking Hills trails and coming back to the hot tub. The coffee bar was awesome! Tucked away on a secluded hilltop away from the hectic day-to-day. Enjoyed just sitting on the porch or relaxing in the hot tub. So relaxing. And just 20 minutes from all the caves and trails. Mar 26, 2025 #### Great cabin and property….very clean and cozy! Hello- wanted to let you know that my son and I really enjoyed our stay in the Stella Blue cabin. The inside was perfect. It was clean and not cluttered but had everything we needed for 2 nights. I literally didn’t see one bug! I appreciated having towels and linens provided and the chocolate on the bed was a nice touch. My son is 11 and had a blast running around outside with his nerf guns! Loved that everything we needed for a fire was there and easily accessible when we came back from hiking. The hot tub worked perfectly and the lighting around it and the fire pit made it feel really cozy. I would not change anything about the cabin except maybe more Grateful Dead memorabilia lol…but we really liked it and would stay again for sure. ##### Teresa C. Stella Blue cabin has everything you need and more for a quiet weekend away. The cabin was so clean (very important to me), beautifully decorated and peaceful. Surrounded by the forest on a beautiful ridge, it was the perfect getaway for peace and quiet. Our dog loved being able to roam the area and smell all the smells dogs love and she slept well in the dog bed that was provided. Our bed was very comfortable too. Brian and Amelia stayed in touch with details prior to the trip and were responsive with any questions we had. Highly recommend! ##### Susan F. Jul 30, 2024 #### Probably the most romantic and relaxing trip ever This place is beautiful the location the amenities the hosts best cabin and trip I've ever taken our dogs enjoyed laying outside with us by the fire which we had every night the host thought of everything and it was our 10 year anniversary it was so romantic and peaceful very much needed R and R if I needed to ask a question. I could call or txt and Brian and Amelia would answer quick the coffee bar and the Blackstone grill were only two of my favorite amenities among several the hot tub was so relaxing provided plenty of firewood we are already booking for Christmas trip with our daughter this will be our vacation destination from now on when we want to get away from everyday life ##### Sara K. We enjoyed the hot tub every night after hiking with our pups and sitting around the fireplace, enjoying the quiet evenings. So many cute little amenities provided by the owners too! The retro kitchen was well stocked and you didnt need to bring anything! Robes provided, a large pile of firewoood, and the cutest dog bed!
