The photo showed a view of the lawn from the patio, which suggested it was on the first floor. It turned out to be an apartment on the second floor of the owner’s house. We are in our late 70s and early 80s. Climbing stairs is neither safe or desirable. It says it sleeps 4\. One bedroom with a double bed and a futon in the living room. There were no sheets or blankets for the futon. I froze under a couch throw the first night. And the futon was only suitable for one person. I got bedding when I asked the next day. Also, had to ask for toilet paper as there was no spare roll. The outside steps were uneven and there was no handrail.
