Globalement c’est correct, meuble un peu mal agencé, bruit clim élevé, petite piscine. Accueil pas très chaleureux par une jeune fille lorsque nous sommes arrivés. Par contre Mr TY est serviable et très gentil. Prévoyez 43$ pour le parking (24h).

Emplacement fantastique et facilement accessible. Piscine sympathique. Pas de recyclage, et peut-être que nous n’avons pas eu de chance, mais nous avons du attendre deux jours avant que notre chambre soit nettoyée, malgré notre demande. L’isolation sonore n'est pas extraordinaire par rapport aux bruits de la rue, et pourtant, nous étions au 17ème étage. Cependant, malgré le coût pas donné, je recommande, pour l’emplacement et la propreté.

C'etait propre mais il y avait une odeur desagreable dans la chambre alors que cette odeur n'etait pas presente dans les aires communes. Le personnel de la reception est extremement gentil et serviable, beaucoup plus que la moyenne Bien que le site web indique que le dejeuner est inclus, la cuisine est en renovation de sorte qu'il n' avait pas de dejeuner, Le site web devrait etre corrige. L'hotel est bien situe, a deux pas des activites

This hotel is in a great area, right in the French Quarter. Everything is close by and you can walk to everything needed. It can get a bit rowdy since it’s two streets down from Bourbon Street, but overall, pretty great area. The hotel itself is very nice, smells great, and is pretty clean. Definitely recommend for anyone coming to New Orleans without a car.

I would not stay here again. Most of the racks and holders in bathroom were loose and ready to fall off the wall (Towel rack, toilet paper hold, shower head mechanism). The countertop around the sink in the bathroom is woefully small, there is no room to put toiletries. My wife and I had to keep our stuff packed and "trade out" our stuff to take turns getting ready in morning and had to set them on the toilet seat while getting ready. The shower head setup is a clumsy piece of junk. The A/C is in a terrible spot. It blows hard straight at one side of bed and cannot be adjusted. It struggled to balance temperature. We were constantly turning thermostat up and down. The bottled water in the vending machine was "sold out" for an entire week during our stay and I tried 4 different floors. Housekeeping comes around WAY too early 9:00 to 9:30 and if you pass on letting them in they don't come back. Twice I had to ask for clean towels. Twice I had to go to front desk for toilet paper because they didn't leave extra. Also, they didn't refill tissues box. There is virtually NOTHING to watch on the TV channels. No movies, no streaming channels, just garbage channels.

The property itself was fine, good staff clean reasonable rooms. Gets a bit noisy outside next yo store and liquor store. Get a lot of homeless hanging around. Police do patrol area regularly and chase people out

The rooms are a bit dated. My tub was starting to drain very slowly my last night out of nowhere. I didn’t wash my hair or use any products that would cause it to drain slowly causing the tub to fill up almost to my ankles. Also killed some grayish insect of some sort crawling on my wall.

Bad lighting in room, felt like a dungeon. Bed was uncomfortable and the lobby felt generally chaotic and unwelcoming (in addition to an overwhelming cleaning chemical smell). Location was good, within walking distance to bourbon street and other points of interest.

This property was amazing. We came in for one night and upon arrival they met us at the car, unloaded it, escorted us to our room and unloaded it again. It was easy and convenient. We will definitely be staying again!

Our stay was a pleasant one. But there are some details to mention to future travelers. The room was unusually small. The bed were small, maybe full size but not sure, they seemed smaller than that. Some complementary details would have been nice. Like a mini bar in the room and complementary water when you arrive.
