The place was very comfortable, well equipped and spotless. There were two couples staying there and it worked very well for us. While we did not use the kitchen extensively, we did cook a breakfast and had everything we needed for that. The bedrooms and living room were comfortable for both couples and each had their own private bathroom. And even though we were in the middle of a city, it was very quiet.The location of the apartment was great to see different parts of the city. It is not in the craziness of the french quarter but you can walk there in 10 minutes easily enough. There is a good supermarket less than a block away, a great bakery across the street (recommended), a good pizza place on the corner (recommended) and several restaurants nearby including one by the front door.Brittanie, the host, was fantastic. She was great with her communications, very professional and complete in all the information she provided. She was also very responsive, personable and accomodating. Probably one of, if not the best, host swe have dealt with. We were very impressed with how she managed everything.If we go back to NOLA, we would be very comfortable in this place. The location was perfect for walking to most of the areas that you want to visit. It was very quiet, as you did not hear anything around you. The inside is beautiful and very comfortable. The owners checked in on us throughout the trip. Thanks for the snacks and drinks. The grocery store around the corner is convenient. High ceilings and doors, very modern decor and high end. I was a little worried about noise/smells from the adjacent restaurant but we never heard or smelled anything. We never even heard the other tenants in the building or the noise of the city with the balcony doors closed. I would highly recommend this place if you want to be able to visit the French Quarter but then retreat to a more relaxed atmosphere. It’s very convenient and walkable and never felt unsafe at all. Plus the Barrone Bistro next door had some very good Poboys and salads. There are many other dining options on the block as well. ##### Randy D.
