It’s built to be a short-term rental, so don’t expect the Ritz, but there is plenty of space with 3 bedrooms (and one tiny bedroom that we made fun of). It’s two of the same houses but different addresses, same codes on both houses. Guy came out with a knife, which I thought was funny, but we got it straight. I don't recall seeing the rooms were on levels 2 and 3 - - making 30 stairs to access bedrooms. Good thing everyone in our party was able to walk up stairs and carry luggage. The site also said parking, but after booking we learned street parking only. While we didn't have a problem parking on the street, if it were festival time in NOLA, I think the streets would have been full of cars. Again, it was good enough for what we needed - but if this were a vacation or relaxing trip, I would have been more disappointed. Then one nice the tenets or renters of whoever shares the building were VERY loud from 11:30pm until 1 in the morning when I finallyGot back to sleep. I tried to use the app orLink for the host sight but keptGetting an AI generated message saying they could not help me. We left the place the very next morning early cutting our trip Short by 1.5 days..
