The only concerns were the failure of the main TV to stay connected to sattelite and the low water pressure. We were two couples, in NOLA for business and pleasure. A group from my company needed to attend a conference. I'm so thankful that I found this VRBO for our stay. It was perfect. The apartment was very stylish and clean, the management was super-easy to work with and the location was ideal for us to walk to our conference as well as a wide variety of restaurants. The place had very nice upgrades and was very well-equipped. We had big comfy beds and everything we needed. The property does not have windows, so you need to know that. There is a skylight, but there is debris all over the skylights. He really cannot see outside at all. Also, there is a restaurant connected to this building and it off and smells like oysters or seafood of some sort. There were candles in the unit and we let them. In the evening when they can get started, you can definitely smell it.. still, I would stay here again. ##### Tracy L. The front room is located near the housekeeping, and the noise from other side of wall woke us up early.
