We had flies, fruit flies, and food in our suite. It was very uncomfortable. When we said we’d leave and go elsewhere is when the staff came in and did what was needed. We received new bedding, but we had to clean up the dead flies ourselves. The floors weren’t swept or mopped. We had some issues with our room that were never resolved because there is no on-site staff. The ice machine was not working, our shower was leaking, light bulbs were out, the TV didn't work, and there were maintenance items, like a jug of oil on the doorframe, left in the room. I did report everything with pictures to the number provided. I was asked to give them 24hrs to correct it. Nobody ever came by. The front door of our room did not have any sort of security lock or deadbolt. A good amount of light from the hall could be seen through the door. The patio doors opened directly to the pool area which was cool until we realized they didn't securely lock and there was a man smoking right outside of them. Thankfully we didn't have any issues but it was nonetheless unnerving.
