Hours of activity are from 7AM to 4PM, and it shouldn't impact your stay, though there may be sections of the street closed off for parking, meaning you may have to park a few doors down. Neutral Ground Niche is a spacious, traditional shotgun in the heart of New Orlean's centrally located Mid City neighborhood with nearby restaurants, bars, and attractions. This unit boasts beautiful old New Orleans features like hardwood floors, high ceilings, large windows with natural light, and classic architecture. Neutral Ground Niche has everything you'll need for your stay including comfortable beds with high quality linens, a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, and Wifi. Spread out in this vibrantly decorated, spacious unit featuring 3 bedrooms and 1 1/2 bathrooms with two king beds and a queen with comfortable mattresses and linens. A comfy queen self inflating air mattress with linens and pillows is also provided. You will find luggage racks and dressers in each bedroom as well as sound machines and ear plugs for sensitive sleepers. The full bathroom has towels, a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. You will find everything you need to cook or enjoy a cup of coffee or tea in the newly remodeled kitchen. Relax in one of two great outdoor spaces including a quaint front porch, and a backyard space. This home allows dogs (limit of 2) and they must be 25lbs or smaller. There is a nonrefundable fee for pets charged at the time of booking, so please be sure to include the pets on your reservation. Unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 fine in addition to the normal fee. If you have a large group consider renting both sides! Snowball Shotgun is our sister property! Pretty much anything in the city is a 5-10 minute Uber ride and the Canal Street Streetcar line is only five blocks away. There are plenty of great restaurants and bars located in Mid City and the surrounding areas, some within walking distance. City park and some of the iconic New Orleans cemeteries are located in Mid City. The French Quarter (2.2 miles), Bourbon street (2.2 miles), Superdome (1.3 miles), and Convention Center (2.6 miles) are a short drive from the house. It is also a five block walk to the Endymion Mardi Gras Parade Route and two miles away from The Fairgrounds. Please do not use face towels to remove makeup. 8\. If the space is left excessively dirty $50 will be charged for each additional hour of cleaning required.
