The location was perfect; right off of the liveliness of Frenchman St and a short jaunt to the French Qaurter and Bourbon St. Check in was easy. The hosts were easily accessible and the room was well-maintained. Sadly, the people who were renting the room directly in back of ours were EXTREMELY INCONSIDERATE-their 3:45AM intimate activity was enough to keep folks in all three units awake. Other than the close proximity of the rooms and our EXTREMELY INCONSIDERATE neighbors in the back room, I would recommend this location for a short weekend trip through NOLA. ##### Lynn R. You can't beat this location! Just a few doors down from Frenchman street, you can hear the music all night - yes that includes after you want to go to sleep - so make sure to pack your earplugs. Easy to get the key step in and fall right alseep. Lots of local shops and pubs thats far from the Bourbon St. noise. The room has a book for local venues as with a welcoming email.
